Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales, North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, transforming them to a consultative selling model
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in enterprise clinical solutions sales, with 5 years leading high growth sales teams in medical imaging informatics and software
  • Demonstrated success in selling AI-based solutions and leading teams to sell directly to the C-suite in large health systems
  • Experience in successfully selling enterprise subscription solutions and managing complex sales across various market sub-segments
  • Ability to spend 33% to 50% of time in the field training, leading, and co-selling
