VIP Travel Experience Counselor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a VIP Travel Experience Counselor III to provide high-touch travel services for VIP clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex travel requests for VIP travelers, including car, hotel, air, and rail
- Offer informed recommendations and ensure compliance with client travel policies
- Resolve complex travel issues and escalate customer complaints as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Previous experience in travel, preferably business travel
- GDS expertise (Sabre or Amadeus)
- Solid understanding of fares and ticketing rules
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
