Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual Spanish - Limited Service (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist callers with eligibility guidelines, access to care issues, and escalated concerns
- Guide applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes
- Document interactions and maintain confidentiality while processing eligibility
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Call Center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High level of empathy when interacting with individuals in vulnerable situations
