Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Bilingual Spanish - Limited Service (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist callers with eligibility guidelines, access to care issues, and escalated concerns
  • Guide applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes
  • Document interactions and maintain confidentiality while processing eligibility

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of empathy when interacting with individuals in vulnerable situations
