Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Virtual Actuary Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing 1-2 associates and interface constantly with business partners and stakeholders
- Driving profitable growth in the Voluntary marketplace
- Directing a small team of junior actuaries in maintaining pricing methodology
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- ASA required
- 5-10 years of experience; Group product experience
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- A passion to learn new languages and implement process improvements using them
- A passion for change and transformation of processes, models, and tools
