Job Summary

A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Administrative Executive Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and prioritizing scheduling for the CEO
  • Keeping the CEO well informed of upcoming commitments
  • Helping to manage email workflows

Position Requirements Include:

  • Three+ years in an administrative or project coordinator capacity
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and good with data entry
  • Must be comfortable with Slack or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals
  • Proactive and resourceful team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
