Job Summary
Non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Amara Technical Support and Documentation Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Staffing the Amara support desk and help with users’ questions and needs
- Coordinating support responses with other areas of the organization
- Identifying common support questions and issues and creating canned responses and/or documentation
