Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Virtual Application Reviewer.

Must be able to:

• Include evidence-based rationales that support calibrations and recommendations to reject or advance
• Thoroughly read applications and make accurate calibrations
• Make excellent, evidence-based recommendations to advance or reject candidates

Required Skills:

• Quick responses to emails or phone calls from Admissions during the interview windows and proactive flagging of any issues
• Ability to read applications and make high-stakes decisions efficiently
• Commit to reviewing files for 4 hours for at least four deadlines
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and responsive to feedback & communication
