Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Automobile Chassis Analysis Engineer in Auburn Hills.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting vehicle programs with analysis/optimization of suspension/steering sub-system kinematics and compliance
  • Providing analytical assessments of vehicle steady-state and transient handling behavior
  • Participating in development/implementation of associated processes

Qualifications Include:

  • May be required to travel domestically up to 20%
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
  • 3+ years of chassis design/development engineering experience
  • Some experience designing and developing a product, along with Virtual Analysis and Simulation experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with associated simulation tools
