An analytics and market research company is filling a position for a Virtual Bilingual Dutch Member Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building strong relationships with our members
• Creating a positive customer support experience
• Supporting members across email

Qualifications Include:

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English languages
• Good attention to detail
• Problem solving and ability to adapt to member needs
• 2-years of customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
• High School Diploma
