Job Summary

Financial services company has a current position open for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish and English Client Services Representative in Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being the main point of contact for customers who are looking for answers regarding their healthcare and retail credit cards
• Discussing payment options and educating customers on our various promotional plans
• Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their credit card inquires

Qualifications Include:

• Must live within 65 miles of Synchrony call center in Phoenix, AZ
• 6+ months of customer service experience in any industry or equivalent military experience
• Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
