Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish and English Customer Service Consultant in the Tucson Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to requests for interpretation of guidelines/procedures, acceptability of risk, rating inquiries, etc
  • Processing endorsements, renewals, policy cancellation/non-renewals, and payments timely and accurately
  • Reviewing complex issues and exceptions with a Senior, QA, or Supervisor

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Six (6) months previous customer service experience
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Good written/verbal communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills
