Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Chat Based Care Nurse.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively reaching out to members regarding past visits, including those at high risk for chronic health issues
- Liaising with members and various health care providers to educate and help people to achieve their optimal health
- Helping build and maintain efficient processes and protocols to address members priority health needs
Qualifications Include:
- Must hold an active multi-state RN license via the eNLC
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree
- Near-native bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates
- Minimum of 3 years experience in post-graduate nursing practice
- Experience working with triage processes
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of how to use a Macbook
