Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent in McCallen.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls from individuals calling to add additional funds to inmate's commissary accounts
  • Respond to inbound phone calls from current inmates to assist in placing orders from the jail catalog
  • Track shipments and respond to questions pertaining to the status of an order placed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Must have own working computer and internet
  • Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
  • Must pass drug test and background check
  • Prior customer service experience
