Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish English Travel Customer Care Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls and emails with inquiries from members and sales reps
  • Answer member questions and anticipate future needs
  • Assist with member account problems and membership cancellation requests

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish & English
  • Must have a positive and professional demeanor, with responsive customer service to provide white glove service
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inbound calls and emails support as needed
  • Must be able to speak with callers while navigating through multiple systems, entering vital information to create a client profile
  • Must be willing to make strong retention attempts on calls from members who want to cancel membership
  • Need to successfully pass a background check
