A company providing translation services is seeking a Virtual Bilingual Vietnamese Quality Monitor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating recorded conversations
- Providing accurate scoring according to approved criteria
- Answering questions and assisting contact center staff
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to speak English and Vietnamese clearly, professionally, and fluently
- Six months call center quality monitoring experience
