Job Summary
A financial service company is filling a position for a Virtual Bookkeeping Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Generating monthly P&L reports and sending them to our clients
- Reconciling bank, credit card and merchant accounts using monthly statement reports
- Downloading statements from banks, credit cards, and merchant providers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience reconciling checking, savings and credit card accounts
- A working knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- A working knowledge of how to use QuickBooks Online
- The ability to efficiently manage workflow and complete tasks by strict deadlines
