Job Summary

A building materials manufacturer has a current position open for a Virtual Building Materials Customer Success Advocate in Columbus.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Confirming orders for both customer direct and mass merchants
• Opening and managing tickets, customer issues, resolutions and follow ups.
• Alerting internal channels prior to any custom issues arising

Required Skills:

• 5+ years Customer service
• Computer Savvy
• A computer with a 1.6 GHz processor or above
• High speed internetand headset
• Able to follow standard operating procedures
