Job Summary

A small business is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Case Management Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing case management program to enhance consistency in services provided and reporting
  • Providing management oversight of the case management team
  • Identifying, developing, implementing and monitoring programs and processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Utilization Management, Case Management and/or Quality Management
  • Current RN License
  • BSN from accredited university
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managed care including of the physician, provider, payer, and employer perspectives
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory / management role
  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
