Job Summary
A small business is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Case Management Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing case management program to enhance consistency in services provided and reporting
- Providing management oversight of the case management team
- Identifying, developing, implementing and monitoring programs and processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Utilization Management, Case Management and/or Quality Management
- Current RN License
- BSN from accredited university
- Demonstrated knowledge of managed care including of the physician, provider, payer, and employer perspectives
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory / management role
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
