A personal development and training company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Coaching and Training Customer Service Representative in Bradenton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring, handling, and reporting all inbound communications
- Monitoring incoming requests from leads or clients
- Assisting various programs via onboarding calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of client success experience
- Fluent in English
- Have a strong technical aptitude and be extremely focused on details and following processes
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Mac and PC platform, Outlook, and Google Drive
