Job Summary
A training company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Community Manager and Content Writer.
Must be able to:
- Be the first point of contact for premium clients
- Reach out to students individually throughout the year to ensure they have all of their needs met
- Manage online communities and keep them engaged
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Community Manager and Content Writer
- Strong content/copywriting abilities and verbal communication skills
- Eye for images and design
- Mastery of Google Suite and hands-on experience with social media management
- Extensive knowledge of online marketing, engagement strategies, website traffic, and tracking engagement metrics
