A provider of next-generation network access solutions has an open position for a Virtual Community Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Aiding community operations by managing, creating and editing
- Supporting community metrics and reporting
- Scheduling and collecting community content for newsletters
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of relevant enterprise experience
- Experience managing an online community
- Familiarity with products/services/solution offering categories in the networking technology industry
- Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
