Job Summary

An education company that provides online computer science courses needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Computer Science Instructor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Teaching students aged 8 - 18
• Administering the material and curriculum developed by the company
• Helping kids build resilience and grit alongside their coding skills

Required Skills:

• College-level coursework in computer science (minimum one CS course or equivalent)
• Some background in computer science
• Experience working with young students and track record in improving student outcomes
• Passion for building interest in computer science in kids and teenagers (ages 8-18)
• Commitment to work a minimum of 8 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months
• Work authorization in the US
