Job Summary
A global company specializing in consumer transaction technologies has a current position open for a Virtual Consumer Transaction Technology Service Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support & service
- Supporting the activities of the Customer Engineers assigned within territory
- Coordinating and communicating with Executives, Customers, Project Managers, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in effective account & service management
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong team player, excellent multi-tasker and very accountable
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Quick Base, NetSuite or other PMS
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer relationship, and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
