Job Summary

A digital media company has an open position for a Virtual Copy Editor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring clarity
• Eliminating verbosity
• Serving as the last line of defense against inaccuracies

Required Skills:

• Work Monday and Tuesday nights, typically between 5 and 8pm ET
• Experience working as a copy editor and fact-checker in an editorial environment
• Must be familiar with AP style
• Have a strong understanding of business and technology issues
• Comfortable working on daily deadlines
