Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Virtual Corporate Financial Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping clients and members develop financial goals
- Converting serviced-based needs into financial guidance conversations
- Making outbound calls on marketing campaigns and documentation of daily activities in CRM
Required Skills:
- College degree or the equivalent work experience
- Ability to work on a PC, while accessing and navigating multiple software applications in a Windows environment
- Life/Health & FINRA Series 6 and 63 (minimum) required or obtained within 90 days
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM
- Ability to consult and influence over the phone while providing excellent member experience
- Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge
