Job Summary

A rental property management firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Experience Agent in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
  • Assessing customer needs, problem-solving, and booking new reservations
  • Troubleshooting, dispatching field teams, and handling potentially escalated situations

Qualifications Include:
