Job Summary

An enterprise software company has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Experience Solutions Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive customer and market insights to define the Value Proposition of his/her solutions categories
  • Increase conversion and win rates
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Industry team and Sales to define the solutions roadmap

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10 plus years experience in the enterprise software industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Experience solutions market from a consulting, technology, sales or user perspective
  • The candidate must have strong skills and will require no formal traininb
  • Be able to work and persuade other Managers, Directors and VPs
