Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Professionally handle email, chat, and inbound calls from existing customers
  • Navigate through multiple computer systems to track, update, and verify accounts

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have hardware and software which meet the company's technical requirements
