Job Summary
A call center is in need of a Virtual Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Stellar customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective
