A provider of customer service has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Bloomington.

Must be able to:

• Answer back to back calls and resolve issues
• Build a strong relationship with your customer
• Resolve problems quickly and ensure the situation does not escalate

Required Skills:

• Ability to stay calm in escalated customer situations
• Ability to speak on the phone and use a computer
• Ability to empathize with and be friendly with people you've never met
