Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve product and service problems
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • Must be capable of working remotely
  • Must be able to type 30 words per minute
  • Must be able to work a rotating schedule including weekends with two days off per week
  • Must own a headset or be able to purchase one
  • High school education
  • 1 year of experience
