A customer-engagement services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Lawrence.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer back to back calls and resolve issues
- Build a strong relationship with your customer
- Resolve the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to speak on the phone and use a computer
