A contact center has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Service Representative in Richmond.

Must be able to:

• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction

Qualifications Include:

• High School Graduate or GED
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Logical problem-solving skills
