Job Summary

A home goods company is in need of a Virtual Customer Service Trainer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support all training functions within the Virtual Customer Service operation
  • Promote the company's culture in the Customer Service organization
  • Facilitate new hire training

Position Requirements Include:

  • Two or more years experience in a training facilitator position
  • A clear and demonstrated proficiency in adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated integration skills in a challenging environment
