Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator to provide customer service and support to store team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails while maintaining customer composure
- Document customer interactions and maintain updated information in a case management system
- Collaborate with store leadership to resolve customer concerns and provide website technical support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience preferred
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Background check required for employment
