Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator to provide customer service and support to store team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails while maintaining customer composure
  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated information in a case management system
  • Collaborate with store leadership to resolve customer concerns and provide website technical support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Background check required for employment
