Job Summary

A social advertising technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Replying to incoming chats and tickets
  • Achieving customer service performance goals
  • Providing feedback on documentation to the Content team

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French a plus but not required
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as Customer Success Agent, Support Engineer, Support Agent or similar
  • Understanding of Javascript, Php, Digital Advertising, Social Advertising, APIs.
  • Excellent organizational skills
