Job Summary

A lawn care service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Support Representative in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being on the front lines of customer phone interactions
  • Helping answer customer questions and working through their issues
  • Transcribing information about each call
