Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service via text, phone, and email
- Assist with booking appointments and answering general inquiries
- Transfer medical questions to the TeleAdvice Support team
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Must have a home office or quiet workspace free from distractions
- Must have high-speed reliable internet
- Willingness to work weekend shifts and in the EST time zone
