Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service via text, phone, and email
  • Assist with booking appointments and answering general inquiries
  • Transfer medical questions to the TeleAdvice Support team

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Must have a home office or quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Must have high-speed reliable internet
  • Willingness to work weekend shifts and in the EST time zone
