Job Summary

An outdoor mapping software company is seeking a Virtual Customer Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting users who want to learn about using the app
  • Answer user requests quickly and concisely
  • Writing and maintaining documentation

Qualifications Include:

  • Opportunities to go to conferences
  • Concise and powerful writer
  • Ability to understand and solve obscure problems (poorly phrased questions, novice users)
  • Works hard without constant supervision (remote experience a plus)
