  • Assisting our online retail clients by answering customer questions

Required Skills:

  • Responsive customer service, good phone demeanor and writing skills, teamwork
  • Ability to connect with and patience with older population and callers who are less tech savvy
  • Able to use multiple screens/tabs in Chrome and move at a fast pace
