A software company has a current position open for a Virtual eCommerce Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Identify customer needs and help customers to use our Product
  • Monitor trends, assess, and report product issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Prior CX Specialist experience in a customer-centric e-commerce business
  • Experience using help desk and ticketing software and remote support tools
  • An understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
