A software company has a current position open for a Virtual eCommerce Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective way
- Identify customer needs and help customers to use our Product
- Monitor trends, assess, and report product issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior CX Specialist experience in a customer-centric e-commerce business
- Experience using help desk and ticketing software and remote support tools
- An understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
