Job Summary

An educational services company is filling a position for a Virtual Educational Customers Service Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing direct support to customers
  • Facilitating orders, shipments, deliveries, access, introductions of faculty to partner, and reports
  • Developing service plans, KOGs, and support pieces for partner service
