Job Summary

A company that provides workforce solutions has an open position for a Virtual Engineering Recruitment Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating in discovery/brainstorming sessions
  • Continuously sourcing candidates using database searches, social networking, email campaigns, cold calling and other creative methods
  • Engaging passive candidates found through sourcing and provided by the sourcing team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A high school diploma
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Client-facing recruiting experience and a track record of success in filling clinical healthcare roles
  • Experience recruiting for a variety openings, both exempt and non-exempt, and a proven ability to assess talent
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
