Job Summary
A company that provides workforce solutions has an open position for a Virtual Engineering Recruitment Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in discovery/brainstorming sessions
- Continuously sourcing candidates using database searches, social networking, email campaigns, cold calling and other creative methods
- Engaging passive candidates found through sourcing and provided by the sourcing team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A high school diploma
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Client-facing recruiting experience and a track record of success in filling clinical healthcare roles
- Experience recruiting for a variety openings, both exempt and non-exempt, and a proven ability to assess talent
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
