Job Summary
A provider of digital curriculum for secondary education is filling a position for a Virtual English Teacher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitating a friendly instructionally rich online learning environment
- Providing rich and targeted feedback on assignments within three business days
- Providing instructional resources to meet the needs of students
Qualifications for this position include:
- State teacher certification
- 6 years related education experience and at least 4 years teaching in a 9-12 classroom
- Knowledge and practical application of English education pedagogy
- Ability to adhere to teaching obligations
- Desire and ability to communicate in a friendly professional manner
- Successful completion of subject endorsement area Praxis test
