Job Summary

An education provider is seeking a Virtual Enrollment Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing school support during enrollment events and registration
  • Assisting with new employee training and onboarding
  • Assisting with re-enrollment training and processes for enrollment team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree OR minimum three (3) years' experience in customer service, admissions, or other related experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a remote environment
  • Strong proficiency in using multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities
  • Must pass federal, state, and local background checks, as required by state
