Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Live Event Facilitator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support participant and faculty use of audio and video devices during live interactive online events
- Troubleshoot technical issues for participants, senior event managers, and facilitators
- Identify, track, and report technical problems while documenting participant experiences
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- College/University education (4-year degree) from an accredited school
- 1 - 3 years of work experience, preferably in executive support or with a SaaS company
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft/Google Doc suites
- Reliable access to a strong broadband internet connection and a current PC or Mac
