Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Live Event Facilitator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for audio and video devices during live interactive online events
- Troubleshoot technical issues for participants and facilitators
- Document and report technical problems and participant experiences
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college/university
- 1 - 3 years of experience in executive support or a SaaS company
- Ability to work with high-level executives globally
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft/Google Doc suites
- Reliable access to strong broadband internet and a current PC or Mac
