An education management consulting firm is filling a position for a Virtual Finance and Administration Managing Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Informing the annual planning process with financial goal setting and strategy development
- Driving development of organizational financial models, budgets, policies and procedures
- Implementing and improving organization-wide operations strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of demonstrated success managing a finance and operations function
- 5+ years managing finance and administration team members
- Successful experience creating and scaling financial management systems
- Experience building rapport and positive relationships with team members
- Deep understanding of financial management, accounting and financial controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
