Job Summary
A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Fraud Recovery Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide a resolution to the customers that reported the fraudulent activity
- Provide quality customer service
Position Requirements Include:
- Exceptional listening, questioning and technical troubleshooting techniques
- High level of autonomy, self motivation and ethical self-management
- A passionate customer service advocate with strong critical thinking skills
- Availability to attend up to 6 weeks mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday)
- Must live no more than 100 miles from the hub site and in that hub's state
