Job Summary
Call center needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual French Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customers with knowledge, empathy & a high level of customer care via telephone and through email
- Assist the customer in identifying his/her needs, suggesting products/solutions that satisfy those needs
- Provide information to customers regarding products, including features and benefits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be bilingual and speak French/English
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Must type at least 35 WPM
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
