Job Summary

Call center needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual French Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customers with knowledge, empathy & a high level of customer care via telephone and through email
  • Assist the customer in identifying his/her needs, suggesting products/solutions that satisfy those needs
  • Provide information to customers regarding products, including features and benefits

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be bilingual and speak French/English
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
  • Punctuality and consistent work attendance
  • Must type at least 35 WPM
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
